Oh Kami karate Club aims to make our lessons accessible to everyone! Young and old, men and women, fit and unfit!
We know that daily life can be stressful, but have found that our classes are an excellent way to relieve that stress and to channel both physical and mental strength.
Each student is free to progress at their own pace. There is not too much pressure but always encouragement to try and improve individual performance.
As a beginner you do not need to have any previous martial arts experience, just a willingness to learn.
Oh Kami Karate Club was one of only 3 shortlisted for Sports Club of The Year at the Sports Person of the Year Awards held at the Tramway, Glasgow,February 2010
